We want you to love your PYLIO purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
For hygienic reasons, accessories (socks, water bottles, etc.) are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
